This year sees the exciting return of harness racing to Musselburgh on Saturday, June 14th, a meeting with a long history, fine tradition and cherished by harness racing enthusiasts throughout Great Britain and Ireland. A BHRC led committee is staging this event, which includes the Group 1 Famous Musselburgh Pace. Whilst the committee is being led by the BHRC the money to run this meeting is being raised through external sponsorship and not through licence fees. To make the meeting possible and a success, the sport needs everyone to come together in support and this includes sponsorship. SPONSORSHIP This event will only happen with the backing of sponsors, so at this time we are seeking Sponsorship. Sponsorship packages will be offered and we now invite any interested parties to please contact our sponsorship team as soon as possible. We have moved the start time of the members meeting to 6:45PM as the solicitor that has produced the updated version of the constitution has generously agreed to join us to answer any questions from licence holders. If anyone has questions they would to submit for him to answer please send these to the office via bhrc.office@yahoo.co.uk no later than Tuesday 21st January 2025. Unfortunately we will only have a 20 minute slot with the solicitor so questions will taken on a first come first served basis.
