Amman Valley Trotting Club, 2nd June 2024 We so often have to discuss negative things within the BHRC that I wanted to say a genuine thank you to all the owners, trainers, drivers, officials and committee members who were at the races yesterday. As you all know, we could have had a problem due to the malfunction of the bowser on what was a hot and dusty day. We formulated a plan, but it relied on the positive co operation of everyone there and I have to admit you all came up trumps. During our meeting with the trainers and drivers to explain the issue and plan, there were loads of suggestions and positive help and almost without exception, nobody moaned! As a result we had a good days racing and I at least came home appreciating how positive everyone had been. Thank you. Carol Jenkins.
